◉ Do I need to be home for the clean?" Nope! As long as we have access to your garden, we can carry out the clean while you're out. "◉ Where does the waste go?" We bag it up and dispose of it responsibly, usually in your outdoor bin unless requested otherwise. "◉ What if my dog makes a mess right after you leave?" It happens! We do our best to leave the garden spotless during our scheduled visit — we also leave a “We’ve Visited” card so you know we’ve been. "◉ Is it safe for kids and pets?" Absolutely. We disinfect our tools and wear gloves at every job to keep your space hygienic and safe. "◉ Do you clean patios or hard surfaces too?" We collect dog waste from any surface, but we don’t currently offer deep cleaning services. "◉ Can I cancel anytime?" Yes! There are no contracts. Just give us notice before your next clean. "◉ How do I pay?" We’ll set you up with secure weekly payments by card, so everything is automatic and hassle-free. "
